Our Story

"The Lord has done great things for us and we are filled with joy." - Psalm 126:3

His Hands His Feet was birthed when Jenni Ramsey and Lucy Armistead, the founder of All Blessings Intl. Adoptions, had a divine encounter in El Salvador in the fall of 2009.  The Ramseys were in the process of trying to adopt a little girl in El Salvador.  Lucy was looking for someone to lead missions teams for All Blessings. While the Ramseys eventually had a failed adoption in El Salvador, God birthed a vision in Jenni's heart for orphans during that trip.  God had already given Lucy the same vision to provide long-term solutions for orphaned children living in desperate situations in third world countries.  Jenni served with All Blessings as their Missions Director for eleven years. Due to the tremendous growth of their short-term teams and increased partnerships, His Hands His Feet became their own non-profit in the fall of 2019.

The Ramseys adopted their daughter in South Korea through All Blessings in 2012.  Since meeting Lucy, Jenni has led three teams to Guatemala and twenty-five teams to El Salvador through His Hands His Feet. As the ministry has grown, His Hands His Feet has developed partnerships with stateside organizations who send short-term teams to Central America on a regular basis. His Hands His Feet has also added a volunteer administrator, Stephanie Keenan, to handle the finances and built strong executive and advisory boards, all of whom have served on our overseas teams.

His Hands His Feet is passionate about serving with integrity, being culturally sensitive and ethical in missions work and orphan care, especially when serving in third world countries.  We have worked hard to establish long-term relationships in the countries in which we serve, ensuring that the children we care for are treated with dignity.  Whenever possible, we assist children with long-term solutions such as family reunifications, adoption or transitional homes that provide a sense of family, job training, life skills and hope for the future.

One thing that sets His Hands His Feet apart is the intentional level of care that is provided not only to our missionary partners on the field, but also to our team members.  His Hands His Feet is dedicated to trip preparation, bonding and team building as well as re-entry and post-trip care.  There is also a significant emphasis placed on providing spiritual, emotional and personal encouragement for the church leaders, missionaries and nationals that we serve.

His Hands His Feet has been honored to build lifelong friendships with missionaries, local churches, government employees and orphanages, bringing the transforming, healing hope of the Gospel to the nations through partnerships with churches, schools and volunteers from across the United States.  What a joy!  His Hands His Feet has been overjoyed to build "forever homes" for impoverished families, serve in schools and clinics, celebrate quinceanara birthday celebrations for hundreds of teen girls, assist in transitional homes, provide thousands of meals for the homeless, minister in local churches and provide support to long-term missionaries and national workers. The Lord has truly done great things for us and we are filled with joy!  Come join us!

Our Mission

"Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,  I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?  When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’" - Matthew 25:34-40

Our mission is to be the HANDS and FEET of JESUS...

Our mission is to be the transforming, healing HANDS and FEET of Jesus to those that He calls us to serve through the sending of short-term teams in partnership with nationals and long-term missionaries.  We are passionate about developing and empowering missions minded believers through the sending of teams.   Our trips provide life-changing opportunities to serve "the least of these;"  fatherless and abused children, impoverished, at-risk families, the homeless community, special needs children and members of society who have been forgotten.   We work in close partnership with North American missionaries and national believers who have built a deep sense of trust through relationships in the areas in which they serve.   Our goal is to bring support, relief and encouragement to our local partners through our short-term visits and long-term partnerships.
